What do I like most about your role:
This role pushes me to never settle but to always find new ideas, try new things, and also challenges me to resolve any unexpected situations on the spot. No two days are the same and this position always keeps me on my toes! I love I have the chance and ability to teach other team members. To find their strengths and weaknesses and then to guide them to grow into the best they can be. The fact I get to meet so many people, make great bonds and interact with a huge amount of our community is just awesome.
Why do you enjoy working for Columbus Coffee:
I absolutely love the fact that I work within Franchise that really believes in what they put out to achieve. The fact that food is freshly baked onsite really ticks all my boxes.
I like how we have the freedom to be a individual,be our own, but still work well alonside others Columbus Cofffee cafes. I love the feel of being New Zealand founded owned and managed. To be able to tell our customers we roast our own Coffee beans within Columbus, and know that our coffees being served are only from the freshest beans is fantastic. To have such great support from our head office, my staff, and our locals.. makes for a very friendly happy work enviroment. The clean fresh look with fresh food and Great coffee is a winner for me.
